Tuina anmo is a form of bodywork originating in China. It employs
distinctive massage techniques and manipulations not found in other
forms of bodywork. Tuina anmo utilises soft tissue manipulation,
acupoints, external herbal medicines, therapeutic exercise, and
structural realignment methods to treat a wide variety of musculo-skeletal
and internal organ disorders.Commonly treated conditions include:
neck, shoulder and back pain, immobility, sciatica, tennis and golfer's
elbow, frozen shoulder, headaches, migraine and sports injuries.
Yet you do not have to be unwell or in pain to receive tuina anmo.
It is an excellent form of massage to help relieve stress, maintain
wellbeing and is a useful adjunct to sports and exercise. It is
performed over clothing and no oils or powders are used.
Each session is individually tailored to your specific needs.
Your session - usually lasting one hour - will start with a short
